From Energetic Pup to Confident Companion: Deb and Toby's Ongoing Journey
At DogSports4u Academy, we celebrate every unique journey that we are blessed to be apart of! Deb and her Blue Weimaraner, Toby, are a shining example of growth and transformation. They are our regulars here during the winter season, lat year Toby earned his AKC Canine Good Citizen in and its their second winter of learning, and having fun with our group classes!
The Beginning of Toby’s Training Journey
Toby joined Deb’s family as a smart, energetic pup, but by the time he turned 7 months old, his boundless energy and need for confidence-building led Deb to seek help. She chose DogSports4u Academy, and from the start, felt reassured.
“Olga was very attentive to our needs and offered programs that worked well for us,” Deb shares. “From board and train programs to group classes, she helped us every step of the way—even during challenging times like when we were displaced during Milton.”
Tailored Training and Support
Toby’s training focused on socialization and confidence, with group sessions playing a key role in his progress.
“The communication with Olga and her team has been amazing. They’re always there when we have questions or concerns and jump in to help,” Deb says. “The group training has been wonderful for building Toby’s confidence—and mine too!”
Even Deb’s 9-year-old Weimaraner has joined for refresher courses, turning training into a family affair.
A Journey of Growth
Though Toby’s training is ongoing, his progress has been remarkable, and his confidence continues to grow. Deb and Toby’s dedication is a reminder that with the right guidance, any dog can thrive.
